By booking a service, making a purchase, or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked through our approved scheduling system. We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. Refunds are not provided for completed services. Prepaid packages are non-transferable and nonrefundable.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Services provided by Obsidian Aura Med Spa are for aesthetic and wellness purposes and are not intended to replace medical advice. Clients should consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any treatment plan.

5. Liability

Obsidian Aura Med Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from services, treatments, or product use. Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history and allergies prior to treatment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on oamedspa.org—including logos, images, and written materials—is the property of Obsidian Aura Med Spa and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

7. Policy Updates

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
